How did I get here
I've been an empath all my life, even though I didn't know it growing up. I've always been very in tune with and aware of the energies and tensions around me.
I've grown up within WWII trauma ...... both parents and all grandparents were affected by the war. As everyone did back then, there was no talking about it, the country had to be re-build and "we had to get on". So, needless to say, in my family of origin we didn't talk about feelings, traumas, or anything uncomfortable really. Standard response to "How are you doing" was "Good".
